I drive a Tesla, we have been a two Tesla family since 2019-6 yrs. Our goal was to somehow affect the environment, positively. People don't understand, I didn't run out and buy this car yesterday or at the inception of DOGE. I have been run off the road, I have been coal rolled, I have been threatened. I am a 73 yo lady in the midwest. What the F am I supposed to do? I cannot afford to buy a new car. So I get it. I have anti Elon stickers on my Tesla. But people this is dangerous.
One of these days I hope Elon is destroyed. BTW he's on the board and has absolutely nothing to do with Tesla daily operations. I don't like being collateral damage. I realize all the angst, I have it too. Look at my age, I will be with medical and social security. Some how this must all end.
This is exactly what should NOT happen. I’m so sorry for what you are going through. I know many other people who bought Teslas years ago ago before all this shit happened, mostly out of a desire to be kinder to the environment. You should not be targeted personally for a choice you made in good faith! Let’s do everything else we’re doing to hurt Elon through boycotts etc. - bring the bastard himself down! - but let’s not take our rage out on innocent individuals, people.

I am half your age and can barely afford to save for retirement. I had help getting the cars I have–plural because I have a husband and we do not live in a walkable city. I'm younger and more employable (yay ageism!) and I would STILL struggle. I am so sorry for the hell you go through because you tried to be kinder to the environment.
