In the end, pigs are pigs. They’re playing in the mud. Only one survives. My bet is on Musks money.

Let's not throw shade on pigs. They are actually remarkably smart underrated animals. ;-) Nobody in the Trump administration fits that description,

Perfect illustration that these tariffs aren’t about bringing manufacturing back, they’re really about power. Now the president has the richest man in the world begging him to reverse course, he’s drunk on power.

A completely disingenuous post by Navarro. You know who else uses parts that come from other countries? Ford, Chevrolet, GM... From the Ford website: "It is worth noting that Ford does source some parts from Canada and Mexico for many of its vehicles that are sold in the U.S., including gas engines for the Ford Super Duty,." From the GMAuthority website: "Despite where a vehicle is ultimately assembled, the parts that go into it usually come from several different countries. The 2025 Chevy lineup is certainly no different, with parts sourced from trading partners like Canada, Mexico, South Korea, and China, reflecting just how deeply integrated the global supply chain is..."

90% of American cars parts are outsource. Only thing that they tag as American is the name and the body of the cars. But what makes them run is what is outsourced this has been done this way for many years now. This fools just have no idea how deep the hole is with outsourcing or product. We are not ahead of those foreign countries sadly that is why we get a lot of stuff from over there.

Navarro never made anything. He has no idea. musk has the unfortunate tendency to spew sophomoric ad hominem nonsense. The lazy man's argument. Makes you wonder how a guy that intellectually lazy made all that money, doesn't it? These men do not instill confidence...

I got a weird email with Aaron’s name all over it about moving your money. It’s not Aaron. I don’t think I see a way to share the screenshot. I’ll try another way.

I posted about this yesterday after I got a like and a reply from faux-Aaron. The account has Aaron's name and his profile pic, but the profile's tag line is Make America Great Again and the @ has his name followed by a bunch of random numbers. The weird e-mail, it's a reply to your comment that was erased right after, once the person was sure you'd receive the reply through e-mails.

Don’t like the light this piece shines on Narvarro. Both musk and Navarro are evil. Neither has a positive outlook toward us manufacturing. Both want under paid / prison labor.

Navarro might be a staunch supporter of tariffs, but I somehow get the sense that Trump doesn't want to make an enemy out of Elon Musk.

Muskrat fighting the moronic Navarro because he wants to save his stupid company. It's hurting HIM personally. He isn't a good guy. None of these hateful pieces of shit are good. America 🇺🇸 would be better off if we took them out of office and put Kamala and Walz in. Then Americans would be better off. But will that happen? Of course not. We will have to suffer 3 and ha half years more. And with the gerrymandering that these republican assholes love to do, and tossing 🗳 ballots in key democratic states? Will we ever win? These are things we should be thinking about. I just don't see this country surviving under this regime 4 years.

Unfortunately from what I've seen in the UK, my money is on Navarro. The trump administration doesn't care as much about innovation as it does about money. They want the US in turmoil so they have excuses to invoke the insurrection act and suspend voting during 'war time.' There won't be a democracy to defend. The plan is to destabalise the country and frighten US businesses enough to pledge allegiance to trump. He need the tariffs to keep rolling out the USSA playbook.
