If that scenario arises it's unlikely they'd go so far as to take down hardwired (cable, fiber) internet. Thus, what we need to do is have our phones set to search for hotspots and/or find a business that has guest wifi, like a fast food place or coffee shop. Then make sure your phone settings allow calls to be made via wifi. This will also allow vids to be uploaded. Hope this helps.

Perhaps you could connect with top organizers of these protests and set up private radio communications? Have private messengers. Megaphones. Have blank signs to write messages on for if the media shows up? Make flyers. Posters. Traditional mail. Local radio. Town halls, word of mouth. Carrier pigeons? Always use private VPN’s on your phone during these events if possible.
I agree with contacting top organizers, but it may be just as important to connect with influencers in ‘this movement’ . People like Michael Cohen, Lev Parnas, Adam Kinzinger, Tristan Snell, Scott Dworkin and many others have movements, but there needs to be a connection.
It would also be a good idea to have more people to connect with protestors, in case one system doesn’t work.

Yes to all you say is happening. Yet I still feel that the mainstream media could be made to stop being bias -
if: their advertisers are boycotted,
if:people cancel their subscriptions to those news outlets until they start doing their job as journalists and report the truth. All of it.

This is how the administration will operate but it didn't change the constitutional protections. It is important to resist and know your rights everyone. Those don't change at the whims of the DOJ.
