I'm an avid believer in the power of prayer, God is not going to pull us out. The actions happening are Biblical. All of the actions all spoken in the Bible. We as a believing collective do have to run the race.

There is a lot more that we can do other than just “pray and trust god.” Volunteer to canvas for local dems, call your congresspeople and governors, donate, attend town halls, organize and protest, get out in your community, talk to your friends and family, etc. “Praying and trusting” is just an excuse to not do the work.

I take an herbal supplement for inflammation, tumeric, and it knocks me the hell out. Hope you are able to get rest soon.
