Disagreements over food were spit fights, no killing, no murders, no battles to the death over territory or breeding. They were always "one" with each other. Unless, a rogue adult became bezerk and impossible to handle, due to poor human interactions when they were baby crias.
They quickly came together in a circle of protection, via "alarm calling", whenever a predator was spotted, by keen eyed alpha male or female leaders.
Where are the emergency warning systems, when we need them?

A thousand protesters isn't going to do it. Aside from DC there's Virginia, Maryland and other states that should be involved, with thousands upon thousands in the streets. Do you think Trump is worried over a miserly thousand? Come on America fight for your country and get the hell out there and mean business.

Carrying weapons?? Someone being shot is not far behind!
Do not forget that a migrant worker died, after falling from a structure
in LA when ICE was doing one of its raids - he was not shot, but he died just
the same as a direct result of the ramped-up military stylization of law enforcement.
'Just police' isn't scary (i.e., 'effective') enough, so they add the tactical appearance,
and THEN try to say things were bad so stronger presence was needed...that's like calling the Fire Department and THEN starting the fire.
And just a couple days ago a muchacho was being detained by ICE in LA. They cuffed him but let him slip from their grasp. He tried to make it across the adjacent freeway but was struck and killed.
Imagine what that driver must be feeling.
