We need to be advocating for ALL the people Trump sent to El Salvador!

Absolutely! They should all be returned to the United States and provided due process to determine if they are eligible to remain here. They should not be transported to the death camps of El Salvador.

This like I get they're using this guy for the due process but they need to do more then him like even the gay guy who never was charged with anything and then the 18 or 19 year old who wasn't even the targeted person but ended up arresting him anyways

Yes and I trust that our delegation is making a strategic choice in getting KAG out first. Keeping the pressure on gaining his release. Once this happens others will be easier.

Just a guess.

This doesn't prevent US from speaking out and advocating for the release of all people who were rendered illegally to this concentration camp.

We do, but, unfortunately, we need to find a chink in the armor with just one. While the articles, their names, and conversations about them are circulated, right now, what everyone is doing is setting a precedent. If we can get one - we can get others. An avalanche starts with one well-thrown snowball.

This will unless they already had a deporting order then they did the process cause I know times n heard some were on orders to leave but don't jink should be locked up in that prison but those we wouldn't be able to get back but I think they said 178 were not and shouldn't of been deported. Which why he called the wartime so he could

Good interview. You did not cut her off when speaking (something very common now on traditional and opinion-based media outlets. You asked good questions and the interview was brought back to the constitution and due process.

This is great, but what about the other innocent men that were sent there with no due process? Why are we only focusing on Kilmar who may be more difficult to extricate since he is an El Salvador citizen. I'd like to see him and the others returned for due process.

This is just the start. They have to start with one person. When the system cracks, we’ll be able to get them all back🤞🏻

My guess is that once they prove that one was done illegally without due process, it will set a precedent and make it easier to prove the others were also done illegally.

Because he's the best place to start as his return was mandated by congress and the administration admitted it was a mistake. El Salvadorian president in the oval office said it was preposterous. Congresswoman wants to see for herself. Brava! 👏

So our tax dollars can pay for trump’s weekly trips to his golf course to the tune of millions, but we don’t have the money to fly these people to El Salvador to take care of this most important issue

Some one in Trumps cabinet needs to go to jail. THIS IS UNBELIEVABLE THAT THEY ARE NOT OBEYING COURTS ORDERS. UNBELIEVABLE!!! IF THIS WAS OBAMA, THIS WOULD NOT BE HAPPENING. TRUMP IS DEMONIC!!!

This is great news! But I am concerned about the lack of focus on other deportees in media such as the recent innocent 19 year old, Merwil Gutiérrez
