I honestly believe that’s because we the people have not been involved enough and the democratic leadership is not proactive - they’re lazy and complicit. They wait until the people are mad enough before taking action. We all need to be more involved, proactive, and demanding to protect our families and communities from hate and propaganda.
Dems are not in power, they are not fighters they are sales people selling their products. The few that have stood up are great and we have to support them. It's in their personality to fight, but they are also hampered by the limits of their positions. Don't look for others to solve this, it's on us.
