Because I’m old, I actually remember the days when Russia was our enemy. Or rather, the days when Russia was our enemy and we knew it. Russia is still our enemy, just like their newest bestie, Idiot Donnie, also is.
Russia being our enemy has always been, and always should be, a bipartisan topic. I am baffled that the right has gone SO extreme that they no longer believe that.
Back in the 1960s, It was, in fact, the Right Wing that was resolute in its opposition to the Soviet Union (as it was then called) and Left that wanted us to be its friend.
The roles have now been completely reversed. Not because Russia has changed (it was authoritarian then and it’s authoritarian now) but because the American Right has changed—it was pro-democracy then but it’s pro-authoritarian now.
They have always been our # 1 enemy and still are. Putin is not a fool, he was and still is a professional KGB agent, and knows how to play Trump and Elon and the rest of the administration’s likea fine tune Piano to get what he wants.He will destroy our country. And now that Russia has requested trump to resume America direct flights to and from Russia, I'm sure we'll have a lot of Russian spies and KGB agents all throughout our country. We're doomed under this administration. Goodbye America that I once knew
Exactly, but it’s all about the show for the rapey felon. As long as he keeps his brainless cult bamboozled and enthralled by his “strong” leadership, he can crime his way to being king and richer than any of us can imagine. And just recently, a white man born and raised here in America, was sentenced and charge for raping a thirteen year old girl and forcing her to take the morning after pill. The majority of violent crimes by immigrants are so low compared to homegrown, rapist, drug dealer, murderers, just look at our mass shootings.
At this point it has to be clear that the Administration is compromised to a devastating degree. We need to culll the corruption at the root. Trump, Vance, Musk, all of them need to go. Anyone who was complicit needs to go. The Republicans party as a whole will need to rebrand themselves because in my eyes, they are the Neo-Nazi Party now.
Can you even fathom that Pete Hegseth and Marco Rubio are his key advisors on this matter!?!? I think I can't get more disgusted but each day is worse than the one before!
This was the deal for Putin getting Trump into office! Trump will abandon Ukraine and join Russia. That was their deal and after Trump won, Putin put out a statement that said he expected Trump to honor his obligation.
If this is true and verifiable, this would be treason! Unfortunately, I no longer have faith that our elected officials are doing anything to verify and/or stop what is happening.
They have made it impossible to discern as they dismantle all agencies snd hobble our military snd tell the cyber security arm specifically not to monitor Russia—SHEESH!!!’
