Birthright citizenship is enshrined in the constitution. They want to change it, go to congress and to the states. Period. As far as a federal judge giving nationwide injunctions…yes, they can. So you mean to tell me if a “federal” judge in California gets a case on something that’s happening nationwide, his judgement would only apply to California??? That’s ridiculous.
