That’s exactly why women are the first to be stripped of their freedoms when it comes to Nazi regimes. All throughout history women have always fought back..think maybe the man has had enough time in office and it’s time for a women to step in yeah I think history has definitely proven that

The USA is woefully behind the time in not sharing roles of power and leadership not only with women but all those who are different than standard issue. We are better together all of us.

Abigail Adams at the signing of the Constitution to which her spouse John Adams participated counseled him that in the writing of the document to "Remember the ladies." And then she went further. It is online. I cannot imagine living my life and missing reading it. Recommend it highly.

Today we have a shrinking pool to draw from to choose our leaders and that is because in my mind our society and culture is immature --- adolescent at best -- compared to other democratic nations where no one blinks at the prospect of a woman Prime Minister for example.

We need only the greatest in the role of POTUS and our Senators and Representatives. How can that happen if over half of the population does not a stand a chance of being elected?

We take no prisoners when at war. We take no days off. We get the job done.

On that subject, Ladies & Gents!! We need 3.5% of our overall population to show at the 4/19 nationwide protests being organized by INDIVISIBLE in concert with local activist groups. I live south of Boston but found one being done in my own little town as well as small towns east and south of me! Read up and educate yourself on the "3.5% SOLUTION" then educate others on the power of peaceful protests at the level of 3.5% to bring the right amount of pressure to dispense with an autocrat.

We need to do this!! The timing would be perfect with other events happening. The courts are abiding by their oaths; Senators and Representatives are rising up such as Chris Van Hollen (MD) who is flying to El Salvador tomorrow to meet with wrongfully imprisoned Garcia.

We are the biggest part in the machinations of an autocrat being shoved out of office. We are needed! We are effective at 3.5%. Sign up. Show up. Recruit at least two others to do the same. Recruit, recruit, recruit. Share two facts: peaceful protests work and to overthrow an autocrat it must be at the level of 3.5% of the population. Stress the urgency we act now there is no time to "build up" to 3.5%. The time is now!

Recruit! I did so at the office today. People respond when you empower them and educate them how they have a role to play and that is to be part of a swell of people pouring into the streets.

They have no proof that this man is in ms-13. No court documents prove he’s a part of any gang. Their removal order would not be valid

Expand full comment
This is the end's avatar

Honestly has anyone seen proof any of them were? Because I have not?

Expand full comment
Dusty Langdon's avatar

No. But I’m saying in this reply they put to the courts, they’re specifically citing his membership to ms-13 as a reason to deport him again if he steps foot on US soil. However, the courts have no evidence that states he is part of the gang. So, that’s not legally a reason to deport him again

Expand full comment
Ren's avatar

Ok, so there's a document filed in the immigration court case from 2019 stating that an anonymous and trusted source told a police officer that KAAG was part of MS-13. But KAAG isn't even properly listed with the reports for the day he was picked up outaide a Home Depot. The officer in charge of the report was suspended a few weeks later for inappropriate conduct (disclosing confidential info to a hooker). However, I haven't found this affiliation affidavit form published anywhere yet. So the "verified info" that he was a gang member in 2019 was tenuous at best, and then over his yearly appointments (the last Jan 2, 2025), it somehow wasn't enough of a concern to warrant arrest or deportation to another location and he wasn't used as an informant? Something's rotten.

More info: https://www.lawfaremedia.org/article/abrego-garcia-and-ms-13--what-do-we-know

Expand full comment
Dusty Langdon's avatar

Because the Trump appointed judge at that time also didn’t find the source a credible source or evidence to prove he was a gang member or that he should be deported. So again, there’s no proof in any court cases that he was or is a member of MS-13. As for the cop, it’s hard for the American public who leans right to think a cop could actually be dirty or biased unfortunately. They’d rather think the brown guy was a terrorist instead

Expand full comment
Ren's avatar

The order reads like the immigration judge doesn't disbelieve it, but immigration's lack of followup action certainly indicates that they didn't find him to be a credible threat. The daily status reports keep quoting that darned order like it's irrefutable. So annoying. Totally agree on the terrible impact of biases on the populace.

Expand full comment
Dusty Langdon's avatar

It reads to me like the judge didn’t find him a credible threat but didn’t want to discount the word of a police officer

Expand full comment
Janet Sanderson's avatar

I wasn’t challenging what you said, but I don’t think everyone is aware of his status in this country. He was doing everything the right way. Makes it all the more horrendous and very sad.😢

Expand full comment
Dusty Langdon's avatar

The problem is the Trump administration willingly spreading misinformation. Eventually it’ll get back to the courts bc lying about a court order is a direct violation of that order. Thats likely why trump refuses to personally comment on it. It would implicate him in defying a court order personally.

Also, membership in a gang in and of itself is not a crime. If someone commits a crime, that's a crime.

Expand full comment
Dusty Langdon's avatar

Exactly. I keep telling people this but they don’t care. Ppl can be legally a part of the KKK under the 1st Amendment and you can be part of a gang. The issue is if you commit crimes

Janet Sanderson's avatar

He has complied with the courts since day1 in the U.S., and was here seeking asylum FROM MS-13. The Biden admin. Should be able to verify this!

Expand full comment
Dusty Langdon's avatar

I’m aware. I’m saying the Trump administration’s reasoning for deportation upon his return is not rooted in legal reality. There’s no documentation proving his membership of ms-13, and therefore their cited reasoning for a second deportation is null.

Janet Sanderson's avatar

I agree! They are inventing these charges! I so want to see him suffer for what he has inflicted on other human beings. I have hated him since BEFORE he was elected the first time.
