Breaking Down All Of Donald Trump's Executive Orders

Donald Trump has officially signed nearly 200 executive orders on his first day in office, and I wanted to take a minute to give you a bullet point summary of most of the executive orders below. Donald Trump signed 11 immigration related executive orders including declaring a national emergency as it relates to the southern border, redefining the term birthright citizenship, clarifying the military’s role in border security, suspending refugee resettlement, ending asylum and closing the border for asylum seekers, restarting Title 42, and ending the catch and release policy for Mexico.
Donald Trump signed pardons for 1,500 January 6th defendants and ordered the immediate release of all January 6th defendants from prison tonight. He also ordered the commutation of six of the defendants and said that he would be reviewing those cases moving forward. This is an overwhelming majority of those individuals responsible for the January 6th attack.
Donald Trump signed a 75-day extension for the TikTok ban, giving TikTok an additional 75 days to divest from its parent company, ByteDance.
Donald Trump signed an executive order rolling back every executive order signed by President Joe Biden.
Donald Trump signed an executive order withdrawing the United States from the Paris Climate Agreement.
Donald Trump signed an executive order declaring a “national energy emergency” and rolling back key climate provisions like electric vehicle mandates and to allow for more oil drilling.
Donald Trump signed an executive order mandating that there are only two genders recognized under American law: male and female. Furthermore, he declared that federal taxpayer dollars could not be used for “transition services.”
Donald Trump signed an executive order ending all Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion policies in the White House.
Donald Trump ordered a hiring freeze for the federal government and signed an order mandating that federal workers return to the office for in-person work.
Donald Trump signed an executive order creating the Department of Government Efficiency (“DOGE”) as an advisory committee of the federal government.
Donald Trump signed an executive order changing the name of the Gulf of Mexico to the Gulf of America and Denali back to Mount McKinley.
Donald Trump signed an executive order requiring flags to be flown at full-staff in all future inaugurations.

I also follow “Under The Desk News” and V did say quote “trump has now signed 100 executive orders and remember executive orders are WISHES not demands. So just because something is a signed executive order doesn’t mean that goes into effect right away. The government has to prove the executive order is lawful for it to be enacted.” End quote. I know that doesn’t make anything better but at the very least there’s some hope a chunk of these won’t be enacted. Hope is all I have right now and I’ll hold on to every last bit of it!
