I feel like SCOTUS’ whole “effectuate” thing and telling the lower court to give deference to Trump on matters of foreign affairs strategically told the Trump regime the excuse they would need to ignore the courts so that SCOTUS wouldn’t have to openly test enforcement of the law against Trump in the event Trump ignored them - which is exactly what the Trump regime just did. Call me a cynic, but there was no reason for SCOTUS to take up this case, according to legal scholars, because the 5th amendment is pretty cut and dry. We’ll have to see what SCOTUS does next - I hope I am wrong.

It was the same guy! He evidently had multiple accounts and switched. He again, told her he was going to kill her, except this time, he was going to rape her. That's maga.
