Agreed !!! I don’t understand why we can’t get them to listen and remove them from office! This is all so criminal and then the useless scotus is now handing over all of personal ssa information to 20 something’s this is a complete violation of our privacy rights!! I don’t want them to be rifling through my personal medical records and such!

I fear there will be a major set up of Kilmer Garcia and they will annihilate him. They'll show us for demanding due process!!

They at making an example of him. They need to do that to keep us afraid, and we should be. But we can’t stay fearful. We don’t want to reach a point when we are all”caged birds” our black brothers and sisters, all brown people can teach us gently how that is..if we listen. If the bill passes we are in trouble. And that’s why I am ignoring everything except the big bill and the fact that the process has begun for the very people who shouldn’t have our personal data will have it.

If they pursue charges then they must bring him back to face his accusers and defend himself.

I read that they did bring him back, but I have never heard of the charges against him now…they originally said he was a violent gang member even photoshopped gang symbol tattoos on his hands to “prove” it. This is absolutely disgusting

The thing he actually IS guilty of is domestic abuse. Why are they ignoring that crime?

Expand full comment
Trillnor's avatar

There’s no evidence he is other than a prior restraining order. You need more than that to convict someone of domestic abuse. That’s not relevant to this at all.

Give me a break. No one is ignoring that. That was dealt with and they both moved on. Should he suffer for the rest of his life? I hope you have not done anything in your past that should be addressed for the rest of your life. You must have a lot of hate in your heart.

Unproven and irrelevant to his unlawful deportation. And if spousal abuse were a deportable offense, Trump would be gone. 💨 🏃

The Roberts Court (Roberts, Alito, Thomas, Gorsuch, Kavanaugh, Barrett) have just proven in these two cases that THEY are an ENEMY of the American people and a THREAT to ALL Americans and TRAITORS to America and American Democracy! They ruled in favor of DOGE (an ILLEGAL organization who have NO RIGHT TO OUR DATA) - having access to the Social Security information of EVERY SINGLE American AND that they do NOT have to disclose to Americans what they are doing - AGAINST the American People and IN FAVOR of Project 2025, because NOW a chief architect of Project 2025 Russell Vought in head of DOGE! This is truly part of the takeover of America and the ending of freedom in America.

Six Conservatives. More pressing is why a motion hasn't been filed to review, for reversal, in the immunity decision. There are plenty of causes and damages. There is also standing for voters. I'm just on a train with this and why it hasn't been done I don't know. Just for the record. Get it out there. It was remanded and Chutkan never got to answer, another indictment was handed down afterward, and their precedents and interpretation of Fed 70 are shitty. He wouldn't be this brazen without it. I'm pissed off and using your comment to vent. My apologies! I had to get this out!!

From counterpunch.org: “What we’re witnessing is the transformation of America into a digital prison—one where the inmates* are told we’re free while every move, every word, every thought is monitored, recorded, and used to assign a “threat score” that determines our place in the new hierarchy of obedience.”

My edit: *inmates = American citizens

Madness, the whole administration, no, every man and woman supporting this are criminals. Might as well take away their voting rights, stupid and malicious people still supporting the criminal Trump government and the GOP are mentally unfit to determine who runs a nation. They need rehabilitation and de programming, probably from centuries of red state "news" bombardments.

Mental disorders - inherent or developed - probably include unique mixes of 'symptoms,' for lack of a better word, and the majority party seems to default to things (symptoms) that distract with unbelievable variety. When enough of these ignite, they then become one more fire for no real purpose. You said it in fewer words!

To deliberately set-up an innocent man to literally loose his freedom and possibly his life by his own government for political reason aka the Trump admissions hatred of people of color is both deplorable and frightening. And to think that they can go after anyone they choose leaves us all at risk!

I've said before, all the crap the Trump administration our doing is going to come back on them if we are ever able to get our country back. Granted, Trump has immunity granted by the Supreme Court, but the rest of them don't unless he grants them a pardon. If something happens where he can't do pardons we'll see Nuremberg Nazi trials 2.0. They hang from the gallows figuratively speaking.
