Today, I gave my first-ever keynote address to a room full of people connected to journalism — reporters, editors, students, skeptics, believers (video to come hopefully soon).
I started following you on TT when the war started. I learned so much from you as well as a creator Xena who was in Ukraine. I thought you were great then. Now look at you…reporting from airplane bathrooms, restaurants, anywhere, and everywhere. Thank you, thank for everything you do to help keep us informed.
This is the reason I subscribed to you, even though I'm recovering from surgery and can't currently work my normal job. I subscribed because you are one of the only journalists I can fully trust to give unedited truth - you can't be bullied or swayed to tell us anything but the full truth as it comes. It's so important right now that we can understand what's really going on. I fully believe having you as resource is one of the ways we will be able to fight back. With knowledge and community. That being said, even I have received some pretty scary threats for discussing/educating about reproductive healthcare, and I'm not a content creator; so I cannot even imagine what you are receiving. Please be safe. Get a body guard, and some interns to sort through things for you. I'm not trying to gush, but you are a rare, and therefore precious, commodity and human being. Take care of yourself!!
"with knowledge and community". It is crucial that we recognize our need for community. We are desperate for connection to others and to know we aren't alone in this war, and make no mistake, we are in a war. Together we are stronger and braver and more focused. You give us daily information and, just as important, you give us hope. Your courage gives us courage. I think this feeling of community you have developed here is why so many of us, especially seniors like myself, consider you "family". We are concerned for your safety. I echo many others who caution you to take care of yourself and your wife. And always know you are greatly appreciated and valued.
Well said, Aaron. I appreciate your tireless reporting and relentless attention to detail and facts. Independent journalism will be the catalyst in saving democracy.
Lol, I posted then saw your response! Just my first reaction and I’m so glad to see your post! It’s good to post a happy post with all we are faced with and to have A.P. doing this takes guts. I’m with you 100%! Hugs!!
Well said, sir. Your message is clear, your intent aligns with our need , and we are ever grateful. As I’ve said before, this doesn’t happen without taking care of yourself, #1. And in that vein stay protected. Yep, I’m a grandmother and I believe in you!
So proud of you! Glad I found you, and look forward to many more news breaks to come.
Thank you for all the hard work you do, Aaron!

I wish I had known of you while you were reporting early on in the war. Keep up the amazing work!
Your inaugural keynote speech- many, many more to come!! 👏
We need to make sure you are always safe. We appreciate the work you do and we understand that it can be challenging. Thank you.
Unfiltered, unbiased news is unbelievably important and unfortunately, hard to come by reliably. You're doing good work and we appreciate it and you!
Thank you for sharing your back story. Will look forward to hearing your speech.
