I just put an amazing nyc clip from above on my page since I can’t here. We’re so many and so far away we look like bees swarming! 🥹

I've been to a few protests in my life, and other than the 1967 March on Washington, this was the warmest, nicest crowd I've been part of. At the Sacramento Capitol Building. Very mellow and upbeat, and yet at the same time, very serious and determined. As KPB said about Santa Barbara, there was much honking, waving, and clapping from cars and folks who passed by.

I live in California but am out of the country right now. Did any govt officials join?

Not constitutional officers. We left before the speeches ended, but did hear Sacramento City Councilmember Mai Vang and Sacramento Assemblymember Maggie Krell.

Well that's a start, thank you!

Me too!!! 56 years after being a college coed determined to fight for what was right and just I was part of the Hands Off Rally in St Augustine. I'm renewed, uplifted by my fellow Americans who are both emotionally and intellectually evolved, and grateful to know I am not alone

No where in the constitution does it say that these rights are granted to only card-carrying American Citizens and everyone else have no rights. That includes illegal search and seizures, denial due process, freedom of speech, press, having written materials or books.

My wife and I were in DC today as well. It was energizing to see so many people come out. The energy and the movement are growing!

I want to support your continuing efforts and have just a moment ago upgraded to PAID. Thank you for your work today. I was at Seattle Center and saw a lot of people like you with cameras talking with people, recording conversations. BUT, until I learn otherwise, the three local network affiliates were nowhere to be seen. Aaron, We, the People, need you and your cohort to bring honesty and immediacy back to our journalism/history. For years we have taken that for granted, but it is a new century where power is not of the pen but of the $.

I return to say I was wrong about the local network affiliates covering this event. All three are running news stories and the NBC affiliate, KING, interviewed our former 3-term Governor Jay Inslee, who is still sharp enough to have run for and won a fourth term. As well, US House Representative Pramila Jayapal was there, speaking and leading call for HANDS OFF. Even our conservative daily rag had a photo of Seattle Center's Fountain with many attendees visible. I am relieved to find out that I was wrong about local coverage and we were visible. KING's estimate of crowd size was 25,000. How about that !

I’m at a dinner with some seasoned Dem fighters.. the plan we came up with is called “Book a Cory”

Write your senators and demand they each rotate doing filibusters on the floor like Cory did.. this should occur daily or regularly as possible.. let’s do it 👊

I was happy to see that NBC covered the protests on the news tonight.

There was a great turnout at Reid Park in Tucson, AZ. So many people wonderful people coming together in solidarity. I think gathering in person provides a great boost in morale during these trying times.
