Jeffrey Goldberg, the editor-in-chief of The Atlantic, was mistakenly added to a Signal group chat with senior Trump officials, where they discussed classified plans about the war in Yemen.

Judge James Boasberg has officially rejected a request by the Trump Administration to allow it to remove Venezuelan migrants over the age of 14 under the Alien Enemies Act. In his ruling, Judge Boasberg noted that the migrants are likely to succeed in any challenges against the Trump Administration as they are entitled to due process rights.
Ohio Republicans are pushing a plan to roll back child labor protections, aiming to let 14- and 15-year-olds work until 9 p.m. on school nights—two hours later than the current 7 p.m. cutoff.
