Her first order was made by the AG of Oregon regarding Oregon National Guard. Trump tried to circumvent by not defying that order but sending other National Guards. The judges second order yesterday was based on that, and it has, because of what Trump tried to do included that Trump may not send any National Guard from any US State.

Her first order was made by the AG of Oregon regarding Oregon National Guard. Trump tried to circumvent by not defying that order but sending other National Guards. The judges second order yesterday was based on that, and it has, because of what Trump tried to do included that Trump may not send any National Guard from any US State.
