I don't know much about the rules, but my understanding is that an Executive can keep an "acting" appointee in as long as he/she wants to. If not confirmed, Blanche can still remain in that role as long as Trump wants.

I would think that during discovery for Epstein and Maxwell’s trials the lawyers received copies. I can’t imagine the DOJ is the only one with the records. They had to get them from someone. I have a friend who suffered through the worst of ICE in Minneapolis. She told me the community of protest against Target had reached an agreement with Target and stopped the boycott. If you research it you might find it. There as another group that didn’t agree but she was satisfied that it was legit.

I have a friend in Minneapolis who keeps up with all this because that’s where Target was first founded. (And she kept us advised of how terrible it was in Minneapolis when ICE were at their worst.)She Is a lawyer, and told a few of us familiar with the Target situation that the community group which initially started the boycott action had been in conferences with officials at Target headquarters, and they reached an agreement that the community group felt was acceptable. I don’t know the details of it but she felt that it was good, since the community group felt that Target reneging on their DEI obligations was bad. There was another group that didn’t want to settle but they are not the ones who were driving the whole thing in the first place.
