professional) writing that letter. I’m a retired RN and in 32 years I never read an MRI report written like that.

I too am a retired RN with 52+ years experience and that MRI report tells us absolutely nothing. And as stated above, it’s not a routine test, it is specifically ordered to rule out an existing condition or a supposed problem. We need to see the actual report read by the radiologist at Walter Reed to see what was or wasn’t found on the MRI, as the actual report will be broken into organ section by section explaining detailed medical findings. An MRI is not used as a “preventative” screening tool.

Thanks Shauna for asking, I would think that an MRA/MRI would have been done-the MRA would actually be more specific to show the blood flow. I do believe that the test that was performed was an MRI of his brain, along with the cognitive test done indicates that would be the more likely one performed. But again, it’s only our supposition since the WH has not been forthright in disclosing the information.
