Whenever you need encouragement, and this is for all of us, we have to just be able to say, “Hey guys I’m not doing so well today could you please help me”! My other advice for everyone who’s feeling exhausted and worn out is very simple BUT very necessary for all: You must get off of all social media, hide your cellphone or put it on do not disturb and take good self care! It’s the best thing in the world especially right now. Think of 31 things you love to do and write them down on pieces of paper or cardstock and then put all of them in a container of your choice. Every single day,without looking, take one out and open it up and whatever it says, do it that day. Keep doing this for as long as you want to but every month you’ll be doing something you enjoy for yourself and that is NOT SELFISH! That’s called good self care and it’s very real and very necessary for the times we’re all going through. Trust that you will make yourself a priority because if you’re exhausted and worn down you aren’t able to function effectively and that’s not okay.
You see, that’s exactly what djt and ilk are banking on us doing getting so overwhelmed that we burnout. Well guess what? I just told you a secret to overcoming that and we do that by taking time away for ourselves for a day each week or whatever you feel comfortable doing but doing this I promise you you will feel a lot better after putting yourself first.
