This is what happens when people vote with their feelings instead of actual knowledge. I’ve heard it said time and time again, never make a big decision when you are emotionally upset. Clearly people in this country have been doing exactly that, and that’s why we have the morrass that we have in Congress today. The only way to stop this from ever happening again is to make sure that every person of voting age truly understands how the world works. That’s the gentlest and nicest way I can say it.
