Same! I've been trying to figure out a way to both stay informed and minimize my doomscrolling. This format gives me specific times of day I can get caught up via a reliable source and in between I can attend to the other things in my life that need attention without worrying that I'm missing something important
It took 7 hours to undue all the notifications, apps and crap on my phone after years of overestimating myself. Remove all and start over and add...it is blissful.

Had a friend who was in Chicago this weekend and said they witnessed multiple people being pulled out of workplaces by ice. I can’t believe this is where we are.
I am absolutely sick about ICE raiding churches and schools! This will terrify a generation of children that already were affected by the pandemic. They will learn to hate law enforcement and our governments. This administration is destroying our country. We can rebuild it better though.
