1) Bombshell UFO Hearing
Today, Congress held a hearing on the existence of Unidentified Flying Objects (UFOs) and Unexplained Aerial Phenomenons (UAPs). The witnesses discussed how UFOs observed remain far superior to anything the United States Government currently has. Watch the stunning exchange here:
In some of the most stunning testimony of the day, one of the witnesses testified, under oath, that "non human biologics" were obtained in UFO crash retrieval by the US government. Learn all about today’s hearing here.
2) Donald Trump Indictment Could Come Tomorrow
Amid reports of a potential third indictment for Donald Trump, Special Counsel Jack Smith is ramping up his investigation into the January 6th insurrection. The grand jury will meet tomorrow at 1 PM, and an indictment, although not guaranteed, could come as soon as then. News trucks remain lined up outside of the D.C. courthouse. However, it is unclear whether the Special Counsel will indict Trump before or after potential testimony from additional witnesses, which will likely come sometime in August. If we receive an indictment, I will report live (for monthly, paid subcribers) from the D.C. courthouse and give you updates as we learn them, so stay tuned for more.
3) Hunter Biden’s Plea Deal Falls Through
In a stunning development, Hunter Biden’s plea deal has fallen through. Today, Hunter Biden was scheduled to enter a guilty plea at the Delaware court today on two tax misdemeanor charges. The charges involved failing to pay federal taxes on time in 2017 and 2018. These charges, along with a federal gun charge were part of a deal that would have Hunter Biden receive probation in exchange for pleading guilty.
However, during today’s hearing, prosecutors raised the possibility of bringing additional, more serious charges related to FARA, which is the statute criminalizing lobbying on behalf of a federal government without registering. Despite a renegotiated plea deal, the Judge had serious concerns about the terms of the agreement and ordered further briefing from the parties. As a result, Hunter Biden plead not guilty, although I suspect a new deal will be agreed to soon. Stay tuned for more.
4) Ukraine Begins Major Offensive
According to senior U.S. officials, Ukraine has begun a major offensive to take back land occupied by Russia in the Southern portions of the country. As a result of their efforts, Ukrainian forces are "gradually advancing" in the Melitopol and Berdiansk directions, and"making progress" by consolidating its positions in the area of Staromaiorske. This morning, a Russian official posted the following on Telegram, confirming the offensive: “Zaporizhzhia front - the second wave of the [Armed Forces of Ukraine] counteroffensive has begun.” President Zelensky expressed support for his troops on his Telegram channel this morning stating: “We believe in our guys. We continue to work.” Slava Ukraini.
5) Kevin Spacey Acquitted
Today, after over 12 hours of deliberation, jurors found Kevin Spacey not guilty of nine sexual assault related charges. The alleged victims in the case are now in their 30s and 40s, with the incidents said to have happened between 2001 and 2013. This trial was held in a London courtroom. Despite this miscarriage of justice, Spacey will now likely attempt to revive his acting career.
