Just want to throw out there that I am so grateful that we not only have you to report truthful news, but also have your law expertise to calm down the chaotic hype this administration throws out 15 times a day!

I fully appreciate reading/hearing Aaron's reporting - without all the hyperbole, exaggeration, extrapolation that happens from many news outlets. The daily chaos is enough all on it's own - I don't need any extras added lol

The argument of "he's not legally allowed to do that" is moot, at this point. He's not legally allowed to do half the things he's doing, yet he keeps on doing them and no one is stopping him.

Well, not no one. Suits are being brought seemingly daily, judges are sending down judgements that require him to stop. But he ignores them. Or files a counter suit or an appeal. We need to hang in there...

This seems like a major distraction. What is Musk doing in the shadows? Putin? Anyone else?

Yep he’s deflecting us from what he is really doing and not wanting us to know!

Always. Everything trump does is to distract us from whatever Musk is doing, and vice versa.

Did Trump sign every pardon for Jan 6ers individually?

That part!! That was going to be too much work! He signed a blanket pardon. POS! Not one single one should’ve been signed, birds of a feather..

Everyone has to remember. Trump is completely out of control. Like a drunk driver hurtling down the road, as fast as he can, with no regard to anyone or anything in his way. He is a menace. He is a bully that thinks and acts like ANYTHING he wants to do he can do. Just like he has spent his life doing. And now he also has a playbook, Project 2025, to follow, and complicit Republicans who refuse to stop him. (And never forget that their very own constituents are being hurt every single day that they do not stand up to them. Their cowardice and weakness.) So, he will push and keep pushing anything he thinks he can get away with. Until he is stopped. So, it is more important than ever that everyone get into this game and let him and his Republican cowards know that we the American people will not let him and them get away with it. (And remember their ultimate goal - STEAL OUR MONEY!!!)

Correct, Aaron. But will that stop him from arresting Liz Cheney et al?

The fact that he went ahead and deported a bunch of Venezuelans despite being told "No" is a sign that he won't respect any laws.Sure this will go to the Supreme Court. If they back him as I predict, then there is nothing to stop him. Legality will not have a bearing.

They also deported a kidney doctor from Brown with a VALID visa who returned from visiting Lebanon. The judge said no deportation. And they did. I want to see this not buried in the article on the NYT. She is here lawfully saving renal failure pts.

He Is Going To Try But We Have To Do Something This Monster Needs A Reality Check. Because Not Just Me But The American People Is Tired Of His Bull Shit. Leave Biden And The January 6 Committee Alone. He Even Wants Harry Dunn, Michael And The Other Officers. I’m Angry As Hell People Doing There Jobs And He Wants To Hurt Them. He Needs To Be Stopped Before He Hurts One Of Them.

He is really pushing his authority here. I am waiting for the courts to arrest him for contempt over the flight to El Salvador. That needs to happen! If it doesn’t we are doomed to a revolution. We can’t let him just walk in and do what ever he wants. He is bat shit crazy as a loon. This has got to stop.

how can they arrest him when the Supreme Court said he can't be tried for any action done in an official capacity while in office? How that ever got approved is a tragedy for any attempt at honest government in America.
