Under normal circumstances, that would definitely be correct.
So not normal right now so he has been working in office: you know, DOGE. No one elected him and Congress did not make the department. Still happened anyway.
He is considered a citizen but should be stripped of it and deported. He lied and did not matriculate on the student visa yet worked full time, then lied about it on the rest leading to citizenship application. He obtained it fraudulently. Even his brother said it out loud in an interview. Musk is a dishonest hypocrite.

Two months ago top executives at Tesla, including his brother, CEO, COO, and other Board Members saw how bad Tesla’s sales numbers were and sold millions of shares at the top of the market (Insider Trading) That piece of shit Elon probably also dumped his stock, the rest of the world got screwed.
Today Elon is busy selling AI to Trumps Government.
Their plans are to replace government workers with AI, They have fired well over half a million Federal workers. The other big corporation selling AI is Lockheed-Martin, the Hugh defense contractor.
Did you also know when Elon stole all the info from Treasury Department, IRS, and Social Security Administration (which has a Trust Fund of $2.7 trillion dollars) Russian hackers followed right after him. You would have to be a fool to not believe they’re not working together.
He can't stay as is because he is a special temporary appointee, and has to vacate by June since he's not an elected officials or cabinet. I don't see Musty getting a regular federal job and having to really answer to anyone. But I also don't see the admin following laws and regulations so who knows. All I know is thenbullying worked.
