Senator Chris Van Hollen has returned to the United States with a powerful message and a sobering update on the fate of Kilmar Abrego Garcia, a Maryland resident who was forcibly deported to El Salvador.
This is a difficult topic to discuss because non Salvadoreans, especially Americans will never understand how bad things were under gang control. I can tell you the measures Bukele has taken are overwhelmingly popular in the entire country. I'm sure there's a few innocent people at CECOT but the vast majority of guys there have committed crimes you could never even think of. Bukele isn't stupid and I'm sure he's just being nice to trump because of the money but I'm convinced he thinks trump is stupid. With that said, if Bukele was actually convinced Kilmar was a member of MS13 he would had never allowed him to meet with the senator and he would had never been transferred to another prison
Why would anyone in El Salvador, regardless of the promises, want to be under the control of a man who changed the laws/rules in El Salvador so he could run again as President, except he's not a president. He's a dictator. Everything I've read about the man is outright criminal. Perhaps that's where Heritage Foundation got most of their policies. trump does love him some dictators.
Because regardless what other countries think, he has been the absolute best president for El Salvador. He gave millions of people their freedom back and was able to destroy the gangs that were literally running the country.

Also, Trump went on Fox Noticias stating that he won the Garcia case 9-0 with the Supreme Court. He calls CNN and other news sources liars. Tell me this is illegal, please!?

If he's not at CECOT it means he doesn't belong to any gang. I'm a Salvadorean and Bukele would never allow a gang member to be anywhere but CECOT
