BREAKING: Elon Musk Slams Republicans for Voting for Donald Trump's "Disgusting" Budget Bill

Just days after stepping away from a federal advisory role, Elon Musk is torching congressional Republicans — and Donald Trump himself — over a controversial new spending package. In a blistering post, Musk called the Trump-backed bill:

“Massive, outrageous, pork-filled... a disgusting abomination.
Shame on those who voted for it. You know you did wrong. You know it.”

The rebuke has stunned many inside the GOP — and set off a media firestorm.

At a press briefing just minutes ago, Fox News’ Peter Doocy asked:

Doocy: “How mad do you think President Trump is going to be when he finds out Elon Musk said this massive, outrageous, pork-filled congressional spending bill is a disgusting abomination?”

Trump campaign press secretary Karoline Leavitt responded:

Leavitt: “The President already knows where Elon Musk stood on this bill. It doesn’t change the President’s opinion. This is one big, beautiful bill.”

Musk’s criticism is already fueling dissent within the Republican Party. Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene admitted she didn’t read key sections of the bill and claimed she would have voted no if she had known about a federal override on state AI regulations.

As Trump continues to hail the legislation as a “win,” Musk’s backlash may embolden other conservatives to break ranks — or at least read the fine print next time.
